Duggins Appraisal was founded in 2010 by Matthew Duggins, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser. Matthew has completed valuations on more than 8000 properties throughout southeast Michigan for all major banks and lenders. He is a member of Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, Livingston Board of Realtors and has completed thousands of hours worth of real estate specific education.
Matthew is also a license Real Estate Broker and is a seasoned investor in residential real estate. He has purchased, renovated, and rented out millions of dollars worth of real estate for his personal portfolio. He has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his/her client’s needs first. Matthew is passionate about helping others and enjoys leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to exceed his client’s expectations.
Matthew attended Eastern Michigan University where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and his MBA (Masters in Business Administration). He is a US Army veteran (Operation Iraqi freedom).
